Key commander, 5 cohorts killed in Khyber Agency blast
LANDI KOTAL: At least five militants including a key commander were killed in a roadside bomb blast in sub division Bari Akakhel area of Khyber Agency, Khyber News reported on Monday.
According to details, an improvised explosive device was used in the blast that took which killed an important militant commander Saaid Rehman along with his five cohorts.
Following the explosion, the security forces initiated a search operation of the area.
Meanwhile, in Bara, a mortar shell fell on a house, injuring six people.
Militants have killed more than 4,800 people across Pakistan since July 2007.
