One militant, two volunteers killed in Khyber clashes
BARA: At least two volunteers of the anti-Taliban peace Lashkar and one militant were killed in clashes in Khyber Agency on Friday late night.
According to sources, some unknown militants of Lashkar-e-Islam attacked headquarters of the Akakhel peace Lashkar. Two volunteers were killed and one injured in the attack. However, according some reports, four volunteers were injured in the attack.
The peace lashkar’s volunteers retaliated to the attack, killing one militant and injuring another. The injured were shifted to Hayatabad Medical Complex. The security forces rushed to the area after the clashes and cordoned off the site. The security forces started search operation.
