ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has congratulated Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad for his efforts to secure the safe release of Pakistani sailors, who were kidnapped by Somali pirates.In a telephonic conversation with the Governor on Wednesday evening, the Prime Minister appreciated the efforts made by him for the release of the sailors, who have now reached Nairobi safely.The Prime Minster also congratulated the sailors on their release from captivity and expressed joy over the fact that they would soon join their families and celebrate Eid festivities with them.The Prime Minister said that all those who played a role in securing their release deserve commendation and appreciation for their selfless work.
