PESHAWAR/LAHORE/MULTAN: Enraged mob staged a protest demonstration and blocked Ring road and Motorway for traffic here on Monday. 

According to details, protestors from Acheni Bala area blocked Ring road and the Motorway for traffic. The mob chanted slogans against the Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) and demanded an end to the rampant load shedding. The protestors also pelted vehicles which tried to bypass 

Meanwhile, residents of Nowshera, Akbarpura, Ghari Momin, Jabba Dawudzai, and Camp Korona also took to the streets against unannounced and prolonged load shedding. In Khyber Agency, doctors of the Agency Headquarter in Landi Kotal went on indefinite strike due to ongoing load shedding. Residents took to Pindi road grid station in Kohat and protested against the unabated electricity load shedding. 

Protestors burnt tires on Sargodha-Gujrat road In MAngat area of Mandibahauddin. 

In Bahawalpur, infuriated residents of Mubarak Pur staged protested demonstration against authorities against consistent power outage for four days straight. In the federal capital, protestors blocked Barak Kahu road leading to Murree which chocked the flow of traffic. Some of the protestors also pelted the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) office. In Multan, protestors took to Old Vehari road and burnt tires.
