PHC to constitute separate benches for civil, criminal cases

PESHAWAR: Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC), Dost Muhammad Khan has said separate and permanent benches would be constituted for civil, criminal and services cases.

The chief justice said due to shortage of judges, the benches could not be constituted, however, after appointment of more judges, new benches would be established. This will help in disposing of case and the ratio of adjourning case would go down, he said.
