Three day ban on pillion riding in Karachi
KARACHI: Due to the volatile law and order situation, a ban was imposed on pillion riding for the next three days commencing from 12am (midnight tonight) here on Saturday.
According to advisor to chief minister Sindh, Waqar Mehdi, the ban was imposed due to the eroding law and order situation of the metropolis. A notification was issued in this regard, the advisor added.
Meanwhile, funeral prayers of the persons killed last night were offered in near Water pump located in Federal B Area. In a separate incident, a motorcyclist was shot dead by unknown persons in Samanabad area. The slain person was identified as Qari Ehsan.
