Linking Karachi target killings with terrorism unfair: Gilani


LAHORE: Prime Minister Yusaf Raza Gilani said that it is unfair to link the Karachi target killing incidents with terrorism.
Talking to media in Sui Asal on Saturday, he said that even politicians are not safe as it is witnessed in the target killing incidents in Balochistan. He said that all the political parties of Sindh need to take united action against those committing target killings in Karachi.
He said that All Parties Conference would be called in which national policy against terrorism would be framed. He said that united efforts are needed to wipe out terrorists.
The PM said that David Cameron’s statement is being raised at diplomatic level. He said that as he has already said that it would be better if British PM has also raised human rights violations in held Kashmir.
He said that Pakistan has suffered more casualties than the Nato forces in Afghanistan. He said that Pakistan was more successful than the allied forces in Afghanistan.
To a question about Karzai statement, he said that Pakistan is a sovereign state and would not allow any foreign forces to operation in Pakistan.
He said that there are some powers trying to destabilise Pakistan.
